Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy spans a duration of 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is essential to complete the return process. Please refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Certain situations may warrant only partial refunds (if applicable):

• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable): Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your item. Subsequently, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the credit will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons.

The processing and refund period is 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Subsequently, contact your credit card company, as there might be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
